If you are in the Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas and would like to schedue a 1:1 permanent jewelry appointment. Just add to your cart, pay your nonrefundable deposit of $20+ tax. I will send you an emailed invoice then call or text you directly to schedule your visit, along with the permanent jewelry waiver. Scan the QR code to view.
DEPOSIT DETAILS
1. Deposit Amount
A non-refundable deposit of $20+ tax is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment for permanent jewelry.
2. Payment of Deposit
The $20 deposit can be paid via credit/debit card, I also accept Venmo, Zelle or Cash App.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the jewelry or service minus taxes.
3. Appointment Confirmation
Your appointment will be officially confirmed once the deposit has been received.
If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate changes if requested at least 24 hours before your appointment. The $20 deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
5. Refunds
The $20 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, the deposit will be forfeited.
6. Final Payment
The remaining balance for your permanent jewelry is due at the time of service completion.
If you have any questions about the remaining balance, please feel free to contact us ahead of your appointment.
7. No Show/Failure to Pay Deposit
If the deposit is not paid by the required date or if you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, we may not be able to offer a future appointment.
