StellAnne Stellar Jewelry - Private Event Policy
Thank you for choosing StellAnne Stellar Jewelry for your private charm bar. We’re excited to help you and your loved ones create beautiful, lasting pieces of jewelry. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone, we’ve outlined the following group event policies:
1. Group Size and Booking
Minimun group size of 8 required to book your private event.
Maximum Group Size can accommodate up to 20 participants per event.
Group Booking: To ensure everyone is attended to in a timely manner, we recommend booking your group session at least 14 days in advance.
Appointment Coordination: Please ensure all group members are available at the scheduled time. We recommend everyone in the group to be ready 10-15 minutes before the event starts.
2. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: Each piece of jewelry is priced individually based on style, material, and design. A detailed pricing list will be provided upon booking.
Group Discounts: Host gets a free bracelet when booking for 10 or more participants.
Deposits: A $160 deposit is required to secure their booking. The deposit will be credited towards the final balance.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit card, venmo, cashapp, zelle for your convenience. Full payment is due at the time of the event.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Group Cancellation: If the group needs to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a 20% cancellation fee.
Individual Participant Cancellations: If one or more participants cannot attend, we can reschedule their session.
4. Event Etiquette
Timeliness: Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. We want to ensure everyone has enough time for their jewelry creation.
Photography: Feel free to take photos of your creations, but please be respectful of others in the group. If you’d like a group photo, we can assist with that.
Food and Drink: Please inform us 1 week ahead of time if you plan to bring snacks or drinks for the group, or would like them provided by us.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Since each piece of jewelry is made to order, we do not offer refunds once the chain has been customized to you. However, exchanges or adjustments can be made in the case of manufacturing defects.
Repairs: If your jewelry needs to be repaird within 14 days, we will offer free repair services. After that, a small repair fee may apply.
NOTE: If you would like your pieces welded that will be an extra cost and will have to be done outside of your private event, as this service adds extra time.
6. Special Requests
Personalized Services: If your group has special requests (e.g., themed designs, specific materials), please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance to prepare. We are happy to accommodate wherever possible.
